Apple gives performance boost to entry level MacBook
The Apple MacBook’s entry level machine will be in with a lot more goodies. Firstly, we will see a better performing MacBook that will provide with a 2.26 GHz processor (previously: 2.13 GHz), 2 x 1GB 1066MHz DDR3 RAM (previously: DDR2) and a 250 GB hard drive in place of the former 160 GB offering. And the best part? All of this costs a mere $999. It will also include a cool built-in battery that will last for 7 hours after a single charge.
Kids can make the most of it with the help of the $50 education pricing. You can grab a good, respectable, not-so-noob laptop for as low as $849. Apple’s really taking our economy very seriously, and thankfully so.
