Crazed at it may sound rumors suggest that Apple is planning on funky goggles that will let you view content in-eye while wearing them. Content will be pulled off an iPod or other Portable Media Player and delivered straight to your vision up close. Rumors also suggest that Sony is giving Apple a lending hand on this mission. All this noise is still in the air, but I find the concept too much. Because such up close viewing will have all the optometrists busy with patients, giving out prescription glasses.
