Android based “Yahoo Phone” to arrive in Japan for SoftBank subscribers
The tech town of Japan is buzzing with the news of an Android based “Yahoo Phone,” which is going to be offered to subscribers of third largest carrier in Japan, SoftBank. The phone will be better called as AQUOS PHONE THE PREMIUM SoftBank 009SH in the Japanese land and will have hardware specs like Android Gingerbread 2.3 with a 4” LCD qHD display, an 8MP camera and a digital TV tuner along with an e-wallet function. With this, the bundle of pre-installed Yahoo services will include ahoo Japan Auctions and Yahoo Loco. It is expected to hit shelves next month for a TBA price.
