AIDA robot serves as a cool driving assistant
The brunt borne by driving assistants is often the more notorious snarls and ‘shut ups!’ that are hurled at them as they try to bring some conversation into life. Why, even driving long distances can make a driver (who has both hands full), want to converse. Imagine the plight of the poor assistant. Thanks to the AIDA (Affective Intelligent Driving Assistant) robot, drivers can now replace their ‘only human’ assistants with something more obedient and metallic. According to the creators of the robot, it creates “a platform comprising of a personal robot and an intelligent navigation system that aims to bring an innovative driving experience.”
Damn, the eyes of this thing are quite bewitching. However, drivers can take relief from the fact that AIDA will focus more on driver behavior and sentiments rather than the frigging destinations.
