The creators of Action Babes are up in arms against Apple. Well anyone would be after spending thousands of dollars developing an iPhone application, only to get it rejected. The application though adult in nature was developed keeping in mind OS 3.0's parental controls. The developers further argue that Apple does sell maximum restraint (R), movies such as American Pie on the iTunes store. So why do the judges at Cupertino have different standards for applications and movies? Sadly the application will not see the light of the day for now, nonetheless it looked cool, especially the Star Trek part. Wonder what would the chics do for 'dark side'.
