New Yorker car enthusiasts have a reason to rejoice! At the forthcoming New York Motor Show, Nissan is geared up to unveil its 2008 Infiniti G37 coupe. It is, of course, drop dead gorgeous, but its beauty is more than skin deep. Infiniti G37 is basically the same G35 but with a upgraded name and an even more augmented engine. The G Coupe is the first-ever application of the new VQ37VHR VVEL (Variable Valve Event and Lift) 3.7-liter V6 engine empowering an estimated 330 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The refined platform and chassis includes an available advanced 4-Wheel Active Steer (4WAS) system, while braking and handling is targeted to be among the best in the luxury sport coupe class.

A touch-screen navigation system with XM NavTraffic real-time traffic function and a 9.3-gigabyte Music Box hard drive, RearView Monitor and an 11-speaker Infiniti Studio on Wheels by Bose audio system with 24-bit Burr Brown DAC and 3-way door speaker arrays with 10-inch woofers are a few of the luxurious features to name. Following its debut in April, this Infiniti car will be seen on roads in the month of august worldwide.
