Von Slatt's AIO Victorian PC is magnificent and a fine example in retrospect of the Victorian era gone by. Incorporating brass and wood for most part, the modern elements in the design are cleverly tucked away out of view. However the image of using the Table-Saw on the monitor makes one cringe, the end-result negates the feeling....
The limited edition Renault Sandero will come "fully equipped with Nokia's navigation system and [undisclosed] car add-ons." This simply means that the car (only 1000 of them) will come equipped with an N95 and cost around €17,650 ($27,693). Long live the art of Co-branding; it's after all the question of making money with good business-sense. Did I mention that the car will be available in Brazil only. Source...
I had once received this mail from a Fabjectory that offered to send me a fabricated Mii after I reviewed the Wii. I sent him a couple of shots of my Mii, but the guy just diapered from the scene. After that incident this is the first time I am hearing about the fabricated Mii, albeit from a different company. Miiscilptures is offering to create miniatures of Mii for wedding cakes as well as your mantle place....
LG has disclosed it's little Secret; the KF750 Black Label Series handset will be called the LG Secret. The phone features 5 megapixel with face recognition and can shoot DivX video at 120fps. Specs also include an auto-rotating touch-screen display, 2.4-inch display, haptic feedback, suite of mobile Google apps, and Bluetooth. Apparently the phone will release in May, so I guess we will have to wait a bit to get more news. Source...
Everyone is entitled to an opinion and it is not necessary that the rest should conform to it. The president of Epic Games has an opinion that he shared with gaming publication IGN.com and I totally beg to differ. I won't bore you with the details but in short Mr. Mike Capps feels that Wii is a boring game that is meant for happy family reunions and after the initial novelty of the concept wears out, you're back to...

Carrefour has borne the brunt of China's anger over the way the Olympic torch relay was disrupted during its brief transit through Paris earlier this month and the subsequent threat by French President Nicolas Sarkozy to boycott the opening ceremony of the Games. In recent days, a number of demonstrations have be staged outside Carrefour stores around China amid calls for shoppers to boycott the supermarket chain. However, that's not it, this issue has gained momentum online. Fuelled by...
Media conglomerate Bertelsmann (which owns Random House, among other things) has announced plans to put out a stripped-down offline version of the German Wikipedia later this year with the goal of appealing to "new target groups, including young people." Now for what I know is that young people of any age do not like to read books casually, it is even more farfetched an idea that these same young people will be willing to pay $31 on a book...
LG Korea has launched a new all in one component the Roommate FB163. It pumps out 160W of high quality sound and supports playback of Divx. No audio component is complete without an iPod dock and so is the Roommate. It has LG Chocolate phone styled touch sensitive controls and supports Direct USB Recording which allows you to transfer files to a USB MP3 player. With a sleek and glossy body it will surely be an ideal roommate. The...
The Samsung PAVV Bordeaux 750 LCD TV looks great, is a mere 44mm thick and is full HD. Giving this black beauty an edge is its 1GB of onboard flash memory which is preloaded with games, library, browser etc, no wonder Samsung calls it the 'Content TV'. The onboard library has an exercise program to burn fat, a cooking program so you gain fat and it also teaches kids nursery rhymes. The TV can be connected via Ethernet or...
It cannot be used on a space ship since there is still an element of fiction in the existence of the same but these bottle openers can take you back to the days when your favorite TV show took you across galaxies. Think about a bar up there, with no gravity that could make you fall. You get drunk and simply float around. The idea isn't as real as this bottle opener. It is out there somewhere to get...
The new HDTV from Westinghouse a "flip-style" one that can be folded to a degree, to fit into the most cramped up spaces. The PT-16H610S features a 16" LCD and has full 1080p high-definition resolution. It even has a convenient touch keypad on the base. Source...
